i dunno, it seems like a tooth of, but it could be just the angle.
line up the crank and take a pic of how the cams fall in place

it seems to me that you're off one tooth on the crank/oil pump, try to recover that and see if you look better..
I've never done a timming belt on a hybrid engine, but it seems like is off by a lot
EDIT: some one beat me to it.

looks off from that pic. just reset the timing, take the belt off, set the crank to where it needs to be and set the cams then run your belt.

Could be the pic but it looks like you tried to line up the cam gears so that the marks on the gears line up with that line on the plastic piece on the head. The marks on the cam gears should line up together like: _ _

Now the bottom at the crank looks even worse...the line on the crank gear should line up with the arrow on the pump housing...which will make the key slot on the crank face upward. Right now you you have the mark like this: |
It should be like: \

Sorry about all the lines guys, but it's the only way I could discribe what I mean without actually starting Adobe and making some sort of graphic.

Hope all this helps!

sorry to bring this back up, but i'm in the same boat after changing my timing belt...my car seems to have no low end and my idle seems a bit rough, though it idles at 750 +/-...for the cam gears, are the notches on the sprockets suppose to line up with that line?
