Bitch almost kills me..Anything I can do to her?
Here's the story:
It's about 8pm. I'm on my way back home from a friend's house driving on a 2 lane road cruising at about 35mph which is the posted speed limit in the left lane. There is no other traffic on the road when out of no where, someone in a newer model Cavalier pulls out from a side street to my right; doesn't really stop completely at the stop sign and ******* pulls directly in front of of me into my lane skipping the right lane. I immediately brake and barely miss the front bumper and start flashing my hihgh beams to let them know I was RIGHT behind them. Right now I'm ****** PISSED so I pull up next to the car at the next stop light to see who it was and come to find out it was a young lady in her 20's with a baby in the back seat. Normally I"d go the **** off on the person but I thought about it for a sec. and gave her the benifit of the doubt being that she had a baby in the back seat and she was a female cause I wanted to get off the bike and punch whoever was driving in the face. Anyway, She looks over at me like "I don't give a **** if I just almost hit you" so to avoid it form escalating into something more I go on my way but I got her tag number. Is there anyway I can turn in her tag number for running a stop sign and pulling into the left lane and almost ****** killing me. I could see if she was apolagetic but she didn't look like she gave a **** about almost hitting me. I would love to get this bitch back. Let me know guys.

Call your local PD or lawyer, if nothing else get her address and send her hate mail and those "Look twice save a life" bumper stickers!
Sorry to hear about your almost-incident. I'm glad you were able to get away with no injuries. Just leave the issue alone. Pray that she won't do something that retarded again and possibly get her child killed.

As soon as I heard that I would have lost it. Definitely would have kicked the hell out of her door and put a nice dent in it.

It also came to mind you should get one of those bike cams that mounts behind your windscreen. Record your ride when you feel youre in a dangerous area. I don't know how feasible this is, its just an idea.
man, i can see what happened you in my head. same thing happened to me yesterday. Some people have it in there head that since your on a bike your gonna stop for them, like we have to or something. They don't understand sharing the road with a bike is the same as a car. And now im starting to get pissed cause i know what your going through. To many people on the road have a drivers license that shouldn't. But, they have to make it so everyone can pass a drivers test, or else people wouldn't go out and get jobs to keep the economy going. im also for retesting every 10 years. This leads to a whole nother story, driving elderly people. but i won't get started on that, unless of course, you want me to.

Really? With a child in the car? You're a retard
Seriously I doubt anyone is out to cut you off on purpose especially with their kid in the car.....it was stupid mistake on her part, give her the finger and move on.
On a side note I would say you guys need to spend some time on the race track where you are cut off multiple times and are on the edge of dying constantly, then when you come back to the street these occurances will seem petty to you.
Again I'm not trying to downplay what happened but going all psycho isn't going to slove anything.

just be happy that you didnt get hurt and move on. I've had it happen to me on the highway...where a guy tries coming into my lane when i'm there. I honk and he looks over like why dont u move. I just flicked him off and went my way.
Many times its an accident but i hate it so bad when they dont say sorry.
on a side note, some lady speeding down the highway today cut me off so i honked. Anyways, she's speeding and 5-10 sec later...she's side ways on the highway in front of me. All she got was front bumper damage and probably a good shocking. She was about an inch from hitting the wall when the car finally came to a stop. I just smiled and thought aint that a bitch now.

Yes, I would have kicked the freaking door with a child in the car. In no way does this action endanger that kids life in anyway. That kid would be perfectly fine and since she obviously had no respect for his life, I think he has the right to have no respect for her car. Only person who might get hurt would be you, maybe you would twist an ankle or something.

if you make the call when the incident happens sometimes they will send a trooper out and patrol but only time i've heard of this was on the fwy/hwy im not sure if they will bother if its on the streets.

Well using your logic then why not drag the lady out of the car and beat her up in the bushes and ALMOST KILL HER since she almost killed him. Kicking in her car door isn't going to do anything....she'll be "some lunatic on a bike kicked in my car door, I have no idea why....stupid bikers".
Since she has no respect for his life then why have respect for hers?

No, there is a difference. You aren't going to pull her out of the car and kill her because you have a brain, unlike her. I am sorry, maybe you can just sluff off a comment like "I don't care if I hit you." She baisically just said she didn't care if she killed him, you would have just given her the bird for that? If she gets a dent, I bet she would pay more attention next time she tries to cut off a bike.

Whaaaaaaaa? Race tracks don't have telephone poles, brick walls or trees right next to the pavement... nor do they have Cadillacs and 18-wheelers going in other directions than your direction of travel. Most guys trips to the track do not involve in any incidents. 99.8% of race track incidents do not result in death. ??
And in response to the original post... yeah, theres millions of different things you can do, some of which can result in your going to jail. Be careful and use your head, whatever you decide to do. I've almost been killed before also, but since the guy didn't physically touch me or my bike, there was nothing for me to do about it. The Police even came out and filed a report merely because the guys truck happened to smash in to some city and private property, after almost smashing ME.

What are you talking about....if you have never been scared at a track you are obviously not driving/riding fast enough. Why do you think cars have cages riders wear leathers and helmets, for the look? At the track you are given multiple chances to die which will leave you with a different perspective when you come back to the street. Next time you are heading sideways towards the armco and you save it tell me what you were thinking about? What you were going to have for lunch or more like ohhhhhh shiiiittttt!
If every incident where someone cuts you off make you so enraged you should not be on the road. People ARE going to cut you off...thats life...you choose to ride/drive on roads with people you don't know. You don't know how they drive or what their state of mind is or even if they are running from the law, you make the choice to go on those roads.
Ask yourself next time "do I expect cars to come to a complete stop at stop signs/lights" If you said yes you shouldn't be on the road on a bike or in a car.

I've been scared at the track, sure. But I feel safer 120mph at the track than I do some times 60mph on the street. There's ten times more variables to go wrong on the street. And constantly 'being on the edge of death' is NOT the same thing as 'being scared.' If you're constantly on the edge of death at a track day, I hope to hell I'm not on the track with YOU.

THANK YOU! I understand that people make mistakes and I've made alot myself but it was the fact that she looked at me like she could care less that almost killed or seriously injured me. If she would have even not looked at me or just gave me a normal glance I wouldn't have been as pissed.thru her look she basically was saying **** you to me
