90 Accord torque specs

Need the torque specs for the following parts:

main cap
rod bolts

Do you have a Manual like Haynes? Those have most torque specs but not all.

No. Won't buy one just to get 2 torque specs when I can get the answers for free on here.

then just go to a store and look at one. i would look it up for you but mine is for diff years

If the engine code is F22A1 it will work.
