which is torquier - 96 or 98 jdm header

logic dictates that the 96 spec jdm header would have more torque than the 98 spec ( 4-2-1 VS 4-1 ). however, when i look up the specs in my hyper rev book, the 98 spec type r has more torque, and at a lower rpm as well. can i get some feedback on this, preferably from someone who has tried both headers? thanks

Yes I felt mine reving quicker with my DC JDM 4-1.
