5gen: common to have LCA bolts seize?
those who changed suspension themselves would probably know...
you know how when you try to remove the bolt holding the strut to the lca, its seized, and sometimes involves replacing the bolt and bushing...is that a common problem with the 5 gen? its a 2001
teg/civic owners seem to always have that prob, just wondering if it happens to other hondas.
thanks

Its most likely spring pressure from the strut holding the bolt taught against the metal cylinder within the bushing on the LCA.
In my experience you have to put pressure onto the LCA by leaning onto it forcing it down to be able to pull out the LCA bolt.
