Default cruise control vacuum

I am replacing a D16Y7 in a 1998 civic Lx. The replacement engine came from a car without cruise control, therefore is missing the intake manifold vacuum port used for cruise control. How is the best way to connect the vacuum line for the cruise control to the intake manifold of the replacement engine? Can a small port be drilled into the replacement manifold or should I simply tee the vacuum off another line ( brake booster or fuel pressure regulator vacuum line)?
