ok heres what it was doing before it stopped running. since i got it, it would never idle when u first started it, u would have to hold the gas at like 2 grand for like 15secs, then it would idle fine. code 14 i think. now, before it stopped running, it wouldnt want to rev past like 4 grand, it would just kinda stop revving, like it stopped getting fuel. and on the way to its final destination, it wouldnt idle at all, id have to keep revving it at lights to keep it running and it was REALLY down on power (more so than a dual point usually is) now it wont start. it seems like it wants to run when the starter is still cranking, almost like the fuel pump works for a second, then stops. the plugs arent fouled, there is no oil in the cyls, and it had good compression. fuel pump? or really badly clogged cat? im gonna gut the cat 1st just to see then ill prob pull out the fuel pump and test it. gimme some ideas, im turning this car that was my beater into project wagovan. thinking DOHC zc turbo, but i have to get it running 1st so i can drive it around. thanks
