Default AZ auto-x

I'm finally going to get my R on a "track" this weekend. Any other AZ people going out to Firebird Sunday morning?

Sweet, another AZ R being used for the right purpose! I can't make Phoenix, but make sure you check out Tucson and Sierra Vista on alternate weeks. You'll get more track time, too, with the smaller crowds. Good luck!

BTW, what class are you running?

I'm not really sure... very new at the whole thing. Last month I went over there just to watch but didn't pay any attention to the classes. Anybody else who's going, let me know so I can look for you (and maybe get some help too )

ITR 00-115- I think it costs $25 for non-members without pre-registering. Hope to see you there.

I would really like to check that out. I am new to the forum and have been interested in auto cross and how to get started? I was wondering what time you are going to be out at firebird? Is it this Sunday? Does it cost money to be a spectator? Thanks for any information

no it doesn't cost anything to be a spectator. if you decide to run it's around 25 dollars or so for pre registration. And if you register on the day of the event it's usually around $5-10 more. I do believe it's running again in the am so there is people out there pretty early around 6-7ish. To bad for me I have to work but I might show up to watch. here is the az autox site if you want to check it out. http://www.azsolo2.com/messageboard/
