Mugen 5-way Adjustable Suspension....a little help?

Default Mugen 5-way Adjustable Suspension....a little help?

I can't read japanese so excuse my ignorance, but on the top of my suspension, which number is the hardest setting/softest?

Hi Man! 1 is soft & 5 is hard.
I also have the Mugen 5 way and is set 2 in front, and 3 at the back.

I installed these 2 days ago, and been playing with the settings. For now, I've got it set at 4r/3f. It's almost the setting I'd use for the track (will find out next month). But for the street, I'd go with something like 2/1 if you have really bad roads, or 3/2 of the pavement is nice.

You can also type in "lowdowns" in the search and get some info.
