The straps and lowering probably helped the ETs more than the pipe or regearing. Kawi's always made good power, as far back as I can remember.

personally, i have never liked kawasaki due to their quality and reliability. everyone seems to love this thing, its fast, da da da. how long will it last though? its barely been out a year...
