What instrument clusters can i rig into my 98 hatchi? (search used)
i'm having a horribly tought time finding a civic instrument cluster... will ones from integras or accords work?
the teg one looks very similar ( slightly wider) than a civic one.. i mean, can it be done cleanly?
will there be a problem with wires? i have a haynes laying around that covers both tegs and civics, so i wont have too much trouble figuring out which wire goes were but yeah
input please!

All 96-00 Civic gauge clusters are plug and play, no modification necessary. The 94-98 or w/e CRV cluster bolts right in aswell. You should pick up a Civic Si or Type-R cluster, those always have baller status.
An Integra cluster wont go in at all. It has to be totally rewired and there are gaps all around it.

You can use a tach cluster from a 96-00 civic. It is nothing but a plug in and play, no mods whatsoever. Having a tach on my 97 CX is helpful. No need to guess when to shift. Good luck.

He cant find a Civic cluster at a 'decent price'
In other words, Civic Si/R and CTR clusters are out of the question, well over $200.
He doesnt have many choices. He needs to understand this.

i understand this, my local junkyard can supply me one for 75 dollars canadian plus taxes
except they dont have one on shelf, and probably wont.
so i can either a) wait an undetermined amount of time or b) figue out alternatives
