hey does anyone have monitors in their car? if so can u post some pics of them.im trying to do 3 monitors myslef but i am not sure of the brands are any good. Legacy? or Pyle? anybody ever see them in action? how do they look? and another question does ps2 skip wen u hit a bump? caz i heard it does every bump i think thats bull.

 

I have a xbox and it has never skipped. I have seen plye and they look ok. I wouldnt buy it though. On EBAY u can get good monitors for cheap. Heres mine and I plan on adding some to the headrest soon.

what kind of car are you putting them in. I know a guy who put an indash single din monitor in his teg. He put it where the center air vents are. it was nice b/c it wasn't low on the dash where the stock radio is but it sucked b/c it took the air vents away. I have 3 in my wife's xterra one indash and 2 headrest monitors. i flushed a/v jacks in the center console along with a 110 outlet. i'll try to post some pics of them when i get a chance.

as far as stand alone monitors (ie. headrest) Pyle, Legacy, ICON, Audiovox....they are all made by one company and then these companies buy them and put their name on them. Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine, or Clarion will have a lot higher quality picture. I have ICON in the headrest and the quality is fine with me but I don't have to look at them b/c I don't ride in the back HA HA

 

my friend has a ps2 in his car.. when the system bumps too hard it skips.. O i would aviod those cheap-e indash setups that you see in ebay.. no point in buying something cheap so u can replace it later on. try brands such as alpine. pioneer clairion,, even panisonic or sony any of those will be better then the ones you are currently looking at.
