Is fading that much worse on driver side, or is it just your photo?

Thats what Suede does in pictures. It looks worn/faded. I'm sure the seats are in great condition.

 

nice seats! if i had the money id be doing that cause i wanna trade my custom upholstered interior out for all suede...
