Default Accord Timing belt problems

1997 Accord 2.2 L 4 cyl. 308 kms
I recently had my timing belt and water pump service (plus rad flush/fill & tranny service) at a non-Honda garage. I now get a strong vibration through the floor, seat steering wheel, etc across the power band. I am returning the car to the repair shop, any ideas what may have caused this?
