check out a place like cars.com and get the invoice price. go from there, don't pay much more than invoice or maybe even pay less since there are rebates and stuff that you don't know about. '05s are coming so they'll want to move what they got.

 

Also check edmunds.com, see what they say the "true market value" is, which will be a good benchmark.

Once you figure out what you consider to be a fair price, start going around to different dealers, you'll find one who'll deal with you (unless your price is unreasonably low).
