Quick question on stock 04 civ windows
88-91 gen civ fan, and I drive a 91 so that's my specialty. However, my sister has an 04 stock LX (if I remember right...it's the 4dr sedan, no sport package) and she's looking to tint. So my two questions...
Do they tint these AT ALL from the factory? Because she says, and I agree, they seem darker than normal. If so, what's the rating on them?
Anyone know the legal limit in the state of Ga? I think it's 28....right?

As far as I know, there's just a UV green tint coating on the windows. They did seem darker than my old car too, it was an 89 Nissan Stanza, which had windows that were totally clear (prolly like your 91's).
