Try to take the window out, it makes life easier.
Trim the tint to size before the backing is pulled off. use soap and water to make it moveable and get a 4 or 5 inch rubber squeege to push out all the air bubbles.
Keep its extremely wet and just keep pushing bubbles out.
If you have a hatch, id recommend using the 6 inch strips for the back window, making the curve is much easier and it looks just the same as if it were a full sheet if done properly.
There are alot of more advanced ways but this is just about as dulled down as u can do it and still get great results.

My car got broke into and they smashed the window so i had to tint the drivers side window and it was pretty easy. its held up for 3 yrs so far. I just bought the darkest tint from autozone
The directions that came with the tint are pretty easy to follow

either get it done, or do it right.. cut the tint on the outside of the car..
spray the window with water, lay the tint side down, liner up, trim to fit. if any fingers appear in the tint, use a heat gun to shrink it. Tint will only shrink so much so don't burn the tint. Once its ready, spray window with water/baby shampoo mix, lay tint and squeegee out water.
Its easiest to go get a tint laying kit from autozone or schucks or wherever else you can find it.
I do not recommend doing a tint job without a heat gun, you're going to get bubbles without it. You can lay the entire rear window with one sheet using a heat gun to shrink down corners and bubbles.
oh yah, make sure you clean the window first.. it needs to be spotless otherwise it'll show up in the tint.
