90 honda civic dx hatch 5 speed, i need to go get trans fluid like now, what kind do i get? normal 10w30 motor oil?

 

10w30 will work - make sure it is non-synthetic. not the best idea though. if you are in a fix it's not gonna hurt it. you can also see if autozone or walmart has pennzoil synchromesh - the back side will say it is equiv to a gm synchromesh with a part number. ive used it without problems
