Default Nitrous Express N-ter-Cooler kit keeps killing my car

ok, well i just graduated, and my parents bought me a new 03 SI. I got some money together, and wanted to buy something to give it alot more power. Well i was looking at the nitrous express site, and they had this n-ter-cooler thing that they said added like 80hp to a civic they tested it on. Well i decided to order it and the other day a buddy and me put it in. I couldnt find a place for the oval piece that came with it to mount, so i just hooked the hose directly to my airbox on my intake. I followed the directions and had the bottle filled with the stuff they said it was to use, and then we put it in. The problem is that every time i turn it on, which is usually when im flooring it, my motor dies instantly. I dont understand whats going wrong. Can anyone help me, i dont think a company like nitrous express would lie about a product, i just cant figure out what im doing wrong. Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Your name says it all.... The N-tercooler product description is as follows:

For supercharged or turbo applications where nitrous is not an option, NX offers another alternative, the NX N-tercooler! Using either nitrous or CO2 this unit can reduce air inlet temperatures dramatically. In a recent dyno test, a turbocharged Honda, equipped with an NX N-tercooler increased its baseline by an astounding 52 horsepower! If it makes horsepower, it must be Nitrous Express!

1) Read before you buy
2) Your motor is dying everytime you're at WOT because you may be using CO2 instead of nitrous oxide.
3) Tell your parents to save money for a new motor, because you're going to blow your motor at the rate you're going...
