Who can say it took them more than 13 hours to do rear coilovers??????
So I started on tuesday at 10 am....stopped tuesday night at 8 pm, started again wed at 4 pm and stopped around 7 pm. All I did was the rear coilovers. 5...yes count em, 5 seized bolts. On the passenger side there was only 2, and I had to use the hack saw to get those out. Then I took a trip to lowes to buy a grinder and titanium drill bits for the second corner. On the driver side the shock LCA bolt was seized, the hub LCA bolt was seized and the nut on top of the shock was seized. AHHHHHHHHHHHH. Its all done now. I just have to tackle the front tomorrow.
Share your hellish stories, its good to let it all out.
By the way this was all done w/o air tools in my garage. I tried with impact guns at my buddies house (500 ft/lbs) they didn't loosen so I knew I was in for a good time.

at my work when we do suspension we put the car on the lift and make sure all the bolts arent seized. if they are we order new bolts and bushings before we start the job, but yea honda wasnt thinkin when they designed there bushings
Thats sucks so bad. I would've shot myself, after shooting the car first.
I live in sunny SoCal, our cars dont get like that, maybe a little near the beaches. Did you try a torch at all?

yeah, I would have taken out the lca and shock together, but the abs line runs between them where they bolt so I had to seperate the lca and shock to get the abs line out.
