yeah ive searched, read em all.. but i want actual dimensions.
im looking at a 31x8x2.75.. anyone using a similar size?
center or offset end tanks? top or bottom brackets? any recommendations?

When you look for dimensions of an IC you want to pay attention to the CORE measurements.
