I will have money soon to get my swap and my car painted, but before i get it painted i need someone to do some minor bodywork and leave it ready for professional paint job.

 

I know this won't help much, but this post just reminded me of something kinda funny. When I had my old teal VX (with some rust and a fair share of dents and dings), I had at least three different guys come up to me and offer to do cheap body work! Twice it happened in a Target parking lot, and once it happened while I was washing it in front of my house. Anyway, these guys all apparently worked for a body shop and were allowed use of equipment to do side jobs to make some extra dough. Maybe you can find someone like that?

As to the quality of work a guy off the street might do, who knows, personally I had a hard time trusting it, but its just an idea I thought I'd throw out there.

some small dings,dents, and one long *** scratch and the usual rear quarter rust

Ok i might be able to do it myself , but i dont think i can take care of the rust i would need help on that.

Unfortunately no, it was stolen before I could.

I know a guy who just did a 97 civic Hatch and he shaved the side moldings and roof gutters. If you want to see the quality work this guy does PM me. You can come to this shop and see the car if you want. the guy does amazing work for an amazing price.

well guys i just started patchin up the dings and they come put pretty good, the only thing now is that i need some new rear quarter panels the RUST is to much
