I have been reading conflicting posts about the HKS T25 turbo manifold being compatible with the 2G DSM Mitsu T25 Turbo. Does anybody know if it'll fit with the HKS manifold or not.

why don't you get that Hks T25 manifold, go on ebay and buy a used SR20 T25 turbo for like 200 bucks, and there you go. its good for like 15 pounds. or you could buy the S15 SR20 turbo which is T28 full ball-bearing and good for 18 pounds

the internal wg spring should be good for about 16psi, but you can get a custom spring.

or get a cheap used greddy 18g

 

i'm hopefully gonna do that same Hks manifold, but i have an aftermarket turbo for my SR, its HKS GT-SS and comes with the hks acuator (wg) similar to a T28 but full ball-bearing.

 

Small, quick, responsive. It's mainly for an AutoX course, and the D16Z6 isn't the best breathing motor either. Something useable and for the straights (Which are short anyways). The ebay comment is true, but since road race engineering is right by my house, I can acutally look @ it before I buy it. Road Race was going to sell me the 2G DSM T25 for $125. I just thought that was a great deal. I'm not buying a used turbo with just a couple o' pictures. I can't test for shaft play, oil leaks, or that it just looks pretty cause its spary painted. The T28 seems like a good choice as well.
