Guys, my friend has an 02 SI and wants a cold air intake. He likes the Ice Box I have on my GSR because it's quiet, no chance of Hydro lock and has CAI gains. How does the Ice box respond on the SI? And what would be the best intake for him without Loud noise and little chance of Hydrolock? And last comptech wants 280$ for the Ice Box, is there anywhere he can get a better price? Thanks in advance!

 

I have heard numerous ppl get around 3-5whp across. However, the cai is still the best intake one can get, it makes a little more whp across but has some torque loss.

icebox would be the best for least chance of hydrolocking.. that or the aem v2
