My R is my daily driver until I can fix my CRX beater. I currently have Azenis on my stock wheels and I am basically wasting them for nothing. I put way too many miles on my car to have low tread life tires like Azenis on my car that are just being burned on local streets.

So I figured I would buy a set of Rota's for the bling effect while on the street with a set of Kumho's and when I get to an AutoX or HPDE in just swap onto my Azenis.

They are 16's and I won't change my suspension until I have fully felt, handled and road raced the car to the best of the it's ability (or at least mine ) Anyone else running 16's on a stock suspension? Is my car gonna look like a dump truck? Granted anything i'm in is gonna sit a bit lower but you get the drift.

just lower it and get over it....if u don't it's gonna look like u put a suspension lift...haha

15 inch Rotas are cool!

Besides they are cheaper and tires are cheeaper too

 

Here is my 98 stock susp. with my 16" TE-37's.

 

JDM GM 16's w/ stock suspension.

 

Here's mine in 4x4 mode...I should just put some rally lights on the hood and say it's a rally car.

 

16's with stock susp. maintains the great weight distro to all the wheels!

JDM ITR rims look good on stock suspension...but way better on coilovers
