where is this piece? does anyone have a pic of where it would be? just to be sure...Its raining like crazy thats why im not under looking

 

if you havn't found out yet just follow your bottom radiator hose back to were it ends and the termostat is in/under the peice that the hose connects to. I think it just takes 2 10mm bolts and then it's off. hope that helps.
