Default On VAFC if VTEC L-H was 5400 what should H-L be?

I am running a VAFC on a ITR
I am planning to set the L-H x-over at 5400
What should the H-L setting be at?

High to low should be 400rpm less than low to high. So you should set H-L to 5000rpm. Best of luck.

exactly what is the difference between the L>>H and the H>>L setting? does it only apply to DOHC VTEC motors?

yeah the dude is right it should be about 300-400 rpm differance. you got a type R right? if yes why not set the L-H at 6000RPM and H-L at 5700. try it out, and tell me if you feel your high end better.

L>>H is when VTEC turns on, while H>>L is when VTEC turns off
