How to: corner light, altezza lights, side marker, and bumper light?
Quick question. I have not taken a close look at my car yet, but how do you take off the stock corner lights, tail lights, side marker lights and bumper lights for newer, nicer, and euro-style lights?
Thanks in advance.

Well, they (Euro-style lenses) are all the same size, etc for a specific year and model. I am replacing the lenses/lights on a 95 Accord.

Yes they are..but the true european lenses dont look anything like what you are thinking.

Okay, I see what you all mean by the altezza lights. they are not meant for the accord. I was just told by a friend they are nice lights. apparently, they are wrong. Anyway, would you all please tell me how to remove the corner lights, rear side markers, and front bumper light? I'll keep the altezza lights off of the accord.
thanks.
thanks.
Open the trunk,
remove the plastic cover right behind the taillights,
use a 7 mm deepwell socket,
remove the one nut that holds the whole plastic cover on,
remove the other 4 - 7 mm nuts,
unplug the harness,
voila, the lamp falls out in your hand.

they are nice lights to some people, but most of us here dislike them. altezzas have been around for a few years now and there is nothing unique about them anymore, besides they are just plain ugly. i would suggest that you decide if you like them rather than listen your friend.
thanks.</TD></TR></TABLE>

agreed. out of all the cars with altezzas on them ive never liked one set that ive seen. generally, people arent going to respect your car as much if you have altezzas, i dont at least.

I think it has a lot to do with the color of your car.
Some of the stock colors Honda used don't blend well with the stock lights.
But that is my opinion, everyone is different.
I personally like the alteezas on my car, I have the blueish green used on the 94-95s and it looks great with that color.
Does that necessarily mean you can't have them to be "cool"? or what?
