I have no weight on my rear left wheel and am wondering if this is the cause of my shaking steering wheel. I am thinking either my rotors are warped, wheel bearing gone bad, or maybe this missing weight. But would the rear cause the front to wobble.

Jack the car up and hold the each wheel firmly and see if there is any 'play in them, if there is then youve got a bad wheel bearing, if there isnt then look elsewhere... And when yu say you have no weight on rear left wheel are you sure there used to be a weight on there?

 

I am not definate but it looks like there used to be one. It also could be residue from when the wheels were last balanced and one was not needed back on. I will check the wheels as you described.
