Default Chicagoland racers... recommend a good machine and body shop?

I'm looking for someone to replace my rear LCA bushings with Mugen's. The left one was damaged at an incident at Road America, and I figured that now's a perfect time to upgrade.

I don't mind doing these myself, but time and lack of experience lead me to believe it would just be easier to have someone else give me a hand.

If any of you have experience and a press and would be willing to help out a fellow Honda racer, let me know. Any recommendations will also be greatly appreciated.

ALSO I need some body work done! I would like to have a shop with a laser guided frame straightener to recheck the cars frame alignment. And as always with racing, money is an issue...

Thanks in advance.

Machine shop:

Body shop:
There are lots of decent ones, but only a few that specialize in absolute perfection. The only one I know of with the laser type frame measurements is The Last Detail, and they DO perfection, but they're also more expensive than almost anywhere else.
