I have 94 teg seats in my 90' LS and they will fit. I used one bolt to attach the seatbelt to the side of the seat. Its real simple to custom fit it on to the DC seats. If you havent installed the seats already 3 out of 4 bolts will bolt in. Ill try to take some pics for you.

DC rear seats will not fit, people who have tried to fit them have had a horrible looking gap. If you need for detailed information on a 2nd gen. teg go to http://www.G2IC.com its a very helpful site, just remember to use the SEARCH button. Hope this helps.
