Slips/SW388's are the most played out rims in the entire Honda community, and I have a strange feeling that the GT3's will not be far behind.

My vote goes for neither.

For the record, I am not "anti-Rota", or "anti-cheap, and light rims". I am Just "anti-**** everyone else on H-T is rocking."

you're anti-****?.......man.....what the hell are you talking about???..The whole JDM fashion is a fad/trend....and if you're not into that then you're called a "Ricer."....

Get whatever you think looks good......

But yea...I'd get neither....I'd rather get some GAB's!

There is nothing JDM about Rotas which are made in the Philippines. I am into JDM wheels... just not JDM wheels that are played out.

I agree about the rota part. but the only way you can get a rim that no one has then you have to custom design and make a rim. all rims are massed produced so someone out there is going to have the same rim. All I can say is just get a rim you like. who cares if it's played out. You like it.

Well, I know it is impossible to have a rim that no one else has... but how many cars did you see with SW388's back before Rota dropped the Slipstream? Not very many. Now you see that style rim on so many cars it is ridiculous. To me it has completely lost it's character, and I see the same thing happening with the GT3's/GAB's.

In the end though, after all of my ranting is done, I must say, to each his own.

offset on the GT3 is 40+ we need at least 42-48+ for the TypeS. I would go with the GT3's but getting them to fit would suck.

True. i got some rotas at the Phillipines for hella cheap. thats the only thing i liked, then i realized i had to get the real thing. The gt3s would look coo on your car but i think 16s are small. thats just my opinion...peace!

Some place called "Binawe" (Bin*naw*way) or someshit like that..It's in manila....Prices were about the same tho whereever i went....and good luck with shipping unless you can make it fit in the 2 balikbayan boxes per person they let you bring home.....

My advice to you.....

Pick up JDM headlights for EG's and DA's....You wouldnt believe how cheap they go for.....

gt3's won't fit

Binawe is the spot.. lol .. rota's for like $100USD a set !!!! Because rota's are made in Makati. You can bring one set of rims back that's about the most. OTT pick up some stuff for your car that's harder to get here over there... very inexpencive.

I agree... 16's look small on the RSX for some reason.
