T&T wants 3700$ for a CRV Block
i was talking to my buddy read ( he has a TYPE R ) and he thinks i should a CRV block With a Gsr Head In my 89 civci ( so i have bben calling around the last few days to a few honda places ( and a honda dealership wants $3700 just for a block)
i dont know the currency conversion to U.S. but that seems really expensive. You can find swaps way cheaper than that. I would go with a complete B16A swap then buy a B20B/Z block. You could have that for way less than what you would pay just for the CRV block new.

If you want a brand new block from the dealer, you're going to pay top dollar. I'd say about 99.5% of the people on the net building hybrid motors, use motors from the wreckers, or importers, and pay in the $1,000 Canadian range for complete motors.
