Size of Drag Wheels for integra?
Trying to find what size wheels will work on a 96 GSR for slicks. I want volk drag te-37 13x8's but i dont think they will fit over the calipers. Anyone running slicks on a GSR? I have already searched and didnt find anything. Im runnin 14.8 at 93 mph, with a 2.2 60 ft, and with a quaife and Toyo T1-S i cant drop my 60 ft. It is consistant 2.2.
what size are those wheels? n where in norcal you pick a pair up >? offset? also does htese need hubcentric rings ? * better if they dont cuz my sentra has a bigger bore in the middle than standard hondas)
The rims are 13x8's. I got them at a shop called Midnight Performance in Sac.(916-852-6887) I don't know the offset for sure but it just bolted right on, no rings needed.

I run 13" bogarts wrapped with 22"x8" M&H slicks. I had to buy a small spacer to clear the front of the GSR caliper. I would think the volks would be OK but I have not personaly ran them. I would go with Lenso's if you don't want to spend the $ on weld's or bogarts.

I think he was refering to the rim size (13"), not the width.

13's is also better due to the sidewall....
If I remember right the price for the Rota's was around $250 but my wife bought them from me so not sure.

Running a 22x8x13 is better when you have too much power for a 20x8x14. If you don't have the power to push it, you'll just bog. Yes weight savings is a plus also.
As I asked earlier, what mods do you have and power/torque are you pushing out?

I think the majority will agree that a 22x8x13 will be too much for the power level you're at right now. I use a 20x8x14 and I have I/H/E only in my GS-R and cut 2.0xx 60 ft's. When you're turbo, though, you'll probably outpower the 20's.
There are people who run 13" slicks on a bolt-on's GS-R, but have that motor in a lighter chassis. A heavy Integra might put too much stress on the axles.

I would run the 22". I ran the 22" with my little B16 in my teg and hit consistant 1.8's with a 13.9 et. The 20's don't give enough bite...just my 2 cents.

Why go with a 15" with less bite? Doesn't make sense buddy.

I was referring to the original poster, sayin that he might have too little power at the moment for the 13's, and that the 15's might better suit him.

Me too. He also said above he wanted to get a turbo therefore the 13" would be better for him.

I was wondering if anyone has ever seen 12 inch rims, or know of 12x8 rims? I have 4 23.5x8.0 R12's A guy gave them to me. I don't even think they would fit over the brakes. Let me know if you have ever seen any 12x8 Rims. These are Michelin tires, I have had them laying around for a while.
