Default window rattles when...

My driver window rattles when the window is partially open. IT doesnt do it when window is closed competely or opened completely. I took the door panel off and looked around but i cant find anything loose. Apparently the car is not designed to drive w/o a seatbelt

Anybody have this problem and can help me pinpoint the problem? I'm not really even sure where the rattle is coming from...maybe closer to the mirror? but not sure.

check out the two 10 mills that hold the window to the slider frame. if those are loose the windown rattles, and also moves a little jerky when you roll it up or down.

Do you have a picture of the mills? My driver side window does not close all the way, unless i help it. I'd sure like to know how or where to adjust it.
The window seems to be on the rail when .50 rolled down. But, as i roll it up the front of the window seems to dip and the rear part of the window continues going all the way up.
Please help!
Thanx!

Do you have a rattle?

My rear bolt that holds the window was loose, but the front was still tight. I tightend up the rear but still had a rattling noise on the way home from work tonight. Any other areas that could be causing this?

I think he meant the two 10mm bolts that affix the glass to the window regulator. They fasten at the bottom of the window glass. You need to remove the inner door panel, then that plastic moisture barrier underneath, and get at them through one of the access holes in the inner door skin.

Your problem sounds like one of the bolt points (the one in the front) might be completely unattached to the regulator.

I got it narrowed down to the top rear(door jam) portion of the door. I cant see anythign in that part though. Whats up there? Does it whether window is open or closed.
