Default ABS and seized LCA bolt. Can you drop whole suspension? ABS line runs between LCA and shock.

To explain a little better....I have new coilovers and LCA's and I am replacing the whole scha-bang. I can not break loose the LCA bolt. I was just gonna drop the LCA and shock combo together, but then I realized Acura is screwing me because the ABS line goes through the u-bracket between the shock and the LCA. I pulled out the line from the disk brake and it has the speed sensor on the end of it and theres no way I can fit it through.

Has anyone accomplished this task????

yeah, by getting new bushings/bolts; cutting the bolts and burning/cursing/\hammering the broken bushing out

I know that route....been there done that. I was trying to avoid all that. I don't need the old bushing/bolts. I have new bolts/lcas/bushings etc. I just need to seperate the damn things....or find a secret way to get the ABS line out of there.

Can you describe a little more on how to do this?

I can explain it. Get a grinder/hacksaw/sawzall and cut through the bushing/bolt inbetween the shock u-bracket and the lca. Theres not much room to work with, but you can do it. Then there are a couple methods to get out the old bushing. You can torch the rubber the cut out the metal bushing ring inside the lca, you can maybe hammer it out if you're lucky, or you can take it to a shop. For the new bushing, I was able to put one in by freezing the bushing and heating up the LCA then using my table vice to squeeze it in, otherwise you'll probably need to go get it pressed in at a shop.

Feel free to IM me if you have any further questions.
