Default I want new Tranny Synchros

i have a b16 swap in my ef hatch with b16 tranny.
a few of the gears grind at high rpm shifting.
i would like to attempt a synchro job but i have never done it before.
i feel that i am very mechanical and i'm not afraid to attempt this.
i was just asking if any of you have done it and what your experiences were with it.
downtime will not be of the essence.
was it hard?
any tricky tasks?
any specialty tools needed?
thanks.
