i used just the EG fan ...it doesn't plug up but it's only two wires both the same colors on the EG fan and CRX plug so it's real easy..or if you can score an EG plug as well.

Get a slimfan from Auto Zone. They are like $60.00, and are a breeze to wire up

If you were to buy a fan they make nice ones you can order out of race shops/magizines. I really wanted to spend as less as possible so I use the factory ef fan but I cut some of the shroud from the back so the B series and header would fit nice. Any fan you use should only be two wires so if anything you may have to splice them togather, not a hard task at all.

I use the stock crx fan. I think it's just held on by one bolt, lol. Been on there for years w/ no problems.

Clearance, makes more room for swaps with a header if it hits the stock rad or people with turbo's that would hit the stock rad.

your probably done with this swap by now but for the sake of people that use search (btw you mis-spelled radiator). i just finished [sorta] with this swap but i used a 94 del sol rad. stock fan from the crx was HUGE so i tossed it and clipped off the power plug and used it for the slimfan i think from autozone [do they sell more than just the slimfan ?] it's a pusher fan so i just reversed the wires and tested it out and worked fine for me. now i just need to attach the fan onto the rad, the mount kit thats included is garbage. i'd rather just do what sporkcrx did and secure it with ONE bolt, hehe thats just how lazy i am.

as for clearance issues, it depends on how you mount your radiator. for me i just gutted a bit from my cf hood and that took care of the clearance issue for me.

hey this tank was full the day before, is it supposed to drain out that fast ?

i was in a rush to get the car back in working order. i just need to make a top mount for the rad and get a longer hose for the radiator fluid. in case your wondering, thats the autozone fan, $65 bucks well spent i hope..

i'll post pix of the hood later on.

the autozone fans are just size spec, just pick a good size to mount to your rad. i just used my eye and figured which one would fit good, i think it was the 12".

b16powwer>>> i've never bought anything from anyone on H-T. i got the fan from a junk yard 50 bucks+tax.
