Default EF Hatch #2 is almost done (56k beware lots of pics)

Alright folks, Civic #2 is almost done. This is my BF civic. I put some pics up back in the day when he first got it, but just in case you all don't remember I am gonna post them again for you. He has an '88 hatch STD. It has been transformed.

Day one:

the better side, but lots of stickers, :grinno:

The heart :lol2: If you can please note the pliers holding the clutch cable

The damaged side, but we still saw potential

Then we painted the vinyl seats just for fun

I think you all got the picture soooooo, On to the new pics:

The new heart is now in

The new interior, went from vinyl to fresh Si interior.

Thats it for now. There is still some work to be done but for the most part I think it has come a long way. We couldn't get the side skirts to fit and neither could the body shop so that will be left alone for now. It is headed to the paint shop on Saturday, so more pics will be up maybe Monday. Then the weekend after the paint, the audio/video stuff will go in. So look out for those pics too.

Yes it is an integra console, and thanks for the replies. I do think that the sides were for a crx because they were about an inch short of fitting.

Not to offend anyone but that is how most of the mexicans do it here in Atlanta. We got it from some mexicans. Look closer and you will see pliers holding the clutch cable up. They just rigged up everything on the car, from the engine, interior (in which I was TOO ashamed to post) and brakes.

it reminds me of when i built my wife her first STD
we put in a B16 instead of a ZC though

with a test pipe & a Buddy Club Racing Spec exhaust that thing was quick as hell

Clay Co Represent

i used to tear 675 up in that hatch here are some old pics

We didn't drive the car while it was like that. It was towed home because they (previous owners) were driving on one caliper in the front. That was replaced. They also had the fan wired to a switch, that was fixed also. When everything was fixed he did drive around the neighborhood and the engine was running pretty good.

APEX i GSR ---- Did you sell the hatch or do you all still own it.
