is the stock headgasket ok for a 81.5mm bore

Yes, but it can depend on the amount of chamfer that is ground on the cylinder as well.

When you have a big chamfer the widest part of the clydiner is decently bigger the actual bore size.

Having the gasket hole a lilttle bigger avoids having the gasket over hang the chamfer.
