OT: my custom 350z grill setup
i know its off topic, but i wanted to see what you guys thought of my Z grill and foglight setup.
nobody has it, and i made it.
it took 40 hours of labor and cost bout 300 for all parts with foglights.
I know its not FI related, but i always post here bout my boosted civic, so i wanted to see what you guys think of it.
thanks,

i still think the front mount looks better, but, oh well, i think this setup is good too.
And its 1 of a kind, the way i like it.
Now i want to slap in some HID bulbs and ballast, and it'll be sweet.

You need to take the pictures from a distance. That view is too close and so it doesn't look all that great. It's unique though, I'll give you that. When I say distance, I mean where you can see the entire car with the grill and fogs, not just the bumper and fogs. I'll get back to you on this one. Planning on getting a 350Z soon myself.

After seeing this pic, I like it.
It's different enough to warrant attention, but not tacky, or ricey.

speedbeast, doesnt match the lines of the bimper?????
I bent the grill to the angle or arc of the bumper so it would look better than straight across bars. Also i only used 3 bars so it wouldnt look cluttered.
I hate when i see those cheap *** dime a dozen grills that look like chicken wire or a chain link fence across the bumper.
prime example below: this dude probably just went out and bought his grill from some mass producing fence company. He's got a nice car, but the grill looks so "out of place"....
