Default 95 accord ex bumber repair?
nuthing is wrong with it but it just hangin there, it's exackly about 1 ich down from the rest of the car?

haha wow. i bet that looks weird. examine the cause of the bumper falling. post what damage is done and then we can give you an answer(ie-is it cracked down the middle dragging on the ground?)

did you look under there and see if some of the clips are just missing....maybe an easy fix, but no telling.
