Over Heatin
Car has been over heatin thermostat is good checked all hoses cant seem to find leak, is it possible that if the water is greater than coolant that it gets so hot that it evaporates inside the engine should i drain it and just poor in the coolant?
I recommend using RedLine Water Wetter with 20%coolant and the rest water. This combo works great. I just switched my thermo and also flushed. My car runs at least 15 degrees cooler
Hondas require a 50/50 mix of water/anti-freeze.
If your anti-freeze is old and dirty you need to drain and refill your system. You say the thermostat is ok but make sure you are getting flow ie your water pump is working.

Burping/bleeding the system did WONDERS for my other car. it was gettin to 3/4 on the temp gauge. I got a new t-stat and went to replace it, nah it was ok. Put the new 1 in anyways and then burped the system (get all the air out). now it runs at 1/4 temp constantly. (which is normal for this car).
Burping the car is tricky.. get the engine fairly cold. Open the rad cap and start her up. make sure you have atleast 2qt's of pre-mixed fluid. Let the car idle, you will see bubbles come from the coolant, every once in a while you might see a big bubble and the fluid level drop, quickly fill it back up to the neck (use a funnel!). The tstat will now open, and more bubbles should come out. refill again as the bubbles come out. Once the fan comes on, check again (you should keep a CONSTANT eye on the rad level). When the fan comes on it should drop some more (if u have lots of air). Again, fill it up. once the fan goes off turn off your car, re-install rad cap and make sure the overflow bottle is full.
I did this to my other car (not a honda) and it worked wonders.

If you guys want to bleed the system really easily buy a spill free funnel. It has adapters to attach it to the top of the radiator. Fill it full of coolant and run the engine. You can squeeze the radiator hoses and get all the bubbles out without it overflowing.

No way. Flush the system and replace with a 20/80 blend of coolant/water and add 1-3 bottles of Redline water wetter or Royal Purple purple icy. Then when fall/winter comes around flush again with 50/50 mixture. I do this usually around oct/nov and then again around april/may with the 1st set-up.

Nothing cools better than distiled water!!
I run no antifreze in the summer. Neo keep cool or some sort of water conditioner is a good idea to keep the water pump lubed.
