Any decent one you can find that isn't green. Good luck though. If you do a search on Autotrader within 300 miles of San Diego you probably won't find much.
If you are going to get a standalone computer the year won't matter. If you're not going to get a standalone then I would say 99 is the last year I would buy if you're going to turbo the car. OBD2b on the 00-01 ECU's are too sensitive. You get check engine lights for random misfires all the time.
