That dude was fast. Does he have any new cars coming or is he done? The last I remember I thought they were building a civic in addition to the MX-3.

well.... i think MARCOS as been busy with his shop and working on his customer cars. he did build a mazda truck for the pro RWD class but i have yet to see it run. the truck was gonna be powered by a 3 rotor and also a 4 rotor was available for certain sanctions.

he also has a streetable RX 8 with a 20B swap that i seen at the SEMA show and at a couple of local shows in the TRI-State area.

i'll try to have more info later on.

 

yea who knows what happened to the truck . but the RX8 should be out soon , Frank has been working on some Carbon fiber for the car

 

He's to busy ripping kid's off thats what he's doing. My friends rx-7 was built by him and it was nothing what it should have been. He ran a 13.0 with bolt ons 3 years ago. Then after marcos got done with it he ran a 12.8. The car ran like **** and he lost to a civic that was running low 12's. Then my friend brought his gsr there and marcos took him for a 17,000 dollar ride to the bank and for what. His oil pump broke 4 times..his turbo was used but was supposed to be brand new and it was shot to hell..so for 17g's he ended up having to get a stock motor and a drag kit and marcos gave him nothing and took his money. Those are just the two kid's i know of mabye he fuc#ed them for some reason idk...But i have seen some of his other big time projects be very successful so mabye they just had bad luck or it might have been a case of its not theirs so fuc it .

 

WOW........I might disappear for a while, too if all this happened.

 

i think that all these "where is so and so" need to stop. nobody cares anymore.

 

Marcos Acosta hasnt been racing because *****s stole his Truck with his 7sec 3 rotor miata inside the trailer

 

why would that stop him from Racing , he got payed from that deal . they got a few other vehicles they were working on .

damn i didn't know his truck got stolen as well.... from what i remember it was his mazda mx 3 and then he built the truck after that. if he had 2 cars stolen at 2 different times. i would say that sounds a lil fishy.
