Hey people. Im about to buy a Thermal R&D exhaust for a good price and its for an SH and I drive a Base. From what ive been told all that needs to be done is have the pipping behind the cat extended a bit, other then that everything is the same.

ANyone ever used or use an SH exhaust on thier base?

 

As far as I know, that should be it. My GReddy exhaust fits both, but with the base model, there is a small extra piece that you need to add in order for it to fit properly. I would imagine any muffler shop would be able to weld something in there. Good luck

 

There is a one inch difference that they made to my skunk2 resonator, That I bought from a guy with an sh. Its no big deal for a shop, The shop I use did it for free.

 

there is an extra extender that you can get that attaches rite after the cat. and o2 sensor and rite before the exhaust ... that should do it ... pece
