alpine in dash monitor

I have a Alpine CVA 1003 on my desk right now. How can I install it to play while the car is moving with out the series of toggle switches?

You cant....Alpine has the video interlocks in place for peoples
safety. If you disable or use the device in a manner against
manufacture design...and have even a minor accident or
attract law inforcements interests:
