Default Ride hight with 17 inch rims

I am thinking about getting some 17 inch rims with 205, 40, 17 tires and am wondering how far can i drop it without it rubbing? Also what are the torque specs for the lug nuts on a 89 CRX Si?

Mine is dropped 1.75 when I used to roll 17's. They did not rub and it was just above the wheel well. Maybe this pic will work:

Don't put 17's on and you wont have to worry about rubbing
