I have a chance to buy a black LS DC2 in mint condition for a very cheap price. THe only problem I have is the interior color, its so ugly (IMO). I want to know if anyone of your guys that feel the same way I do what you have done about this.

I was considering removing all tan pieces and repainting them with duplicolor Interior paint, and replacing to black carpet. I also plan on removing the Dashboard and replacing it with a black one, but I don't know what I would do to swap the VIN on the dash from the original.

In any case whoever reads this can contribute with a writeup or pictures.

if the price is good then yeah jump all over it, you will most likely come out of pocket bigtime getting all of the blue or black interior pieces you see, ive never seen a blue dash in a teg. And I think it should remain that way.

 

i replace the interiour in my old teg. not that hard and if you find a donor car not that expensive

 

yeah i agree with you, i hate that nasty *** color interior. i would personally never buy it, swap to black, but if your going to sell it then just leave it tan and sell it to old people that dont care...

sure i would pick black over the tan, but i don't think the tan looks badd...if u really hate it u shouldn't get it...peace
