Default OBD-II terminal on civic

I need to connect the OBD-II reader to my civic. It's a 93 honda civic ex. I am not sure where or how to connect it. I think the module is under the glove box next to the passenger door. Looking at it, it seems it should be somewhere more accessable. How do I hook up the OBD-II reader?
